isDecoded - true when the message was successfully decoded and decrypted.
message - Cleartext bytes when decoded; original encoded payload otherwise.

MessageEncoderResult
Result of a tryDecode operation on a MessageEncoder. When not decoded, message echoes back the original encoded payload (raw byte[] for Symbol; original Message object for NEM).
